Acceptance of terms

By accessing vertexhq.dev or engaging VertexHQ for services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any service-specific agreement signed separately.

Services

VertexHQ provides marketing services described on this website and in individual client agreements, which govern scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement.

Payment terms

Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Project-based work follows the payment schedule outlined in the applicable statement of work.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients own final deliverables created specifically for them. VertexHQ retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, tools, and pre-existing materials used to produce deliverables.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days' written notice unless a different notice period is specified in the client agreement.

Limitation of liability

VertexHQ's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
