The paid social creative framework we run for every client

The paid social creative framework we run for every client

Creative fatigue is the single biggest lever most paid social accounts leave on the table. A great targeting strategy sitting on top of five ad variants will underperform a mediocre targeting strategy paired with thirty tested angles. Here's the framework we run on every account.

Brief for angles, not assets

Instead of briefing "three static ads and a video," we brief creative around messaging angles — price, social proof, urgency, product demo, founder story — and produce multiple executions per angle. This tells us what's actually resonating, not just which execution happened to test well.

Test in structured batches

Every batch runs five to eight new creatives against a fixed budget and a fixed evaluation window, usually five to seven days depending on volume. Mixing test cadences makes results impossible to compare apples to apples, so the batch discipline matters more than most teams expect.

Kill fast, scale faster

We set hard, pre-agreed thresholds for CPA and hook rate before a batch launches, so the decision to kill an underperforming creative is made in advance, not in the heat of a dashboard review. Winners get scaled into new audiences before we even finish analyzing why they worked.

Retire angles, not just assets

When an entire angle stops producing winners across multiple batches, we retire the angle itself, not just the individual creatives. This is the step most accounts skip, and it's why the same tired concepts keep getting reskinned instead of replaced.
