We only collect what we need to respond to you, deliver our services, and keep the website secure.

Data we do not collect
- We do not take payment card details on this website.
- We do not ask for health, financial, or other sensitive information. Please do not include it in messages.
- We do not use your data for automated decisions that affect you.
- We do not sell or share your personal data for advertising.
How we use your data
- Reply to inquiries and schedule calls.
- Send the confirmation emails you expect after submitting a form.
- Prepare proposals and deliver services to clients.
- Review job applications.
- Send the newsletter if you subscribe.
- Protect the site and our forms against spam, fraud, and abuse.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under their own security and data protection terms:
- Netlify hosts the website and runs the code that processes forms.
- Google provides the email account that delivers form notifications and confirmations.
- Calendly provides call scheduling if you book a time.
- Google Analytics measures how the site is used. It sets cookies only if you allow analytics, and otherwise receives only cookieless signals.
- WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to message us there.
We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights. We never sell personal data.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses offered by those providers.
How we protect your data
The site is served only over HTTPS with strict security headers and a content security policy. Forms are validated and sanitized on the server, protected by rate limiting and spam checks, and only accept requests from our own site. Access keys are stored as server-side environment variables and never exposed in the browser. Access to inboxes and accounts is limited and protected with two-factor authentication.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and California law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a request, email vertexhq.dev@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use essential storage only, unless you allow more. Read the cookie policy or change your choices with the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
