These terms apply to your use of vertexhq.dev. By using the site you agree to them. Client services are provided under a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.

Use of the website

You may browse and share links to our content. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to break its security, overload it, scrape it at scale, submit false or automated form entries, or upload malicious files.

Information on the site

Content on this site is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Case study results reflect particular businesses and circumstances and are not a guarantee of future results.

Quotes and proposals

We do not publish fixed prices. Every engagement is scoped and quoted in a written proposal before any work begins, and that proposal sets the price.

Intellectual property

The site design, text, illustrations, and code are owned by VertexHQ unless stated otherwise. Client names and links are shown with reference to work we performed. Ownership of client deliverables is set out in each client agreement.

Third-party services and links

The site links to and embeds services such as Calendly, LinkedIn, Gmail, and WhatsApp. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
